1950’s Update

This low slung 1950’s ranch by the Salida golf course was completely gutted and remodeled for an out-of-state client. Almost every interior wall was rearranged to accommodate an open floor plan and add a bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was relocated and a beautiful island was added with skylights overhead to accent. On the exterior we added a post & beam covered porch, new windows and doors, replaced the roof and covered the existing brick with a mixture of stucco and stone. Full masonry construction presented numerous challenges on this project. Our client did an amazing job with finish selections!
